Vodacom are *****ing people
Yesterday i went onto the Vodacom online site bought a phone for my son of R3599 via my bank card did the whole check out procedure and everything got a sms from my bank saying that R3599 just went off my bank acoount to Vodacom Jhb i got no verification email nothing phone vodacom about it they dont have any recolition of my order or my money i send proof of paument to them i they keep telling me they dint know anything about it so they took my money wont give it vack or send me a phone cause according to them they dont have my money but according to my bank statement the money went of and Vodacom Jhb took it...they are "*****" im going to open a ***** case against them at the police station

09 Apr 2021, 15:16my query has not been resolved i dont know what makes you think that my query has veen resolved cause my money is still gone out of my account and accorto you...you dont have my money nor will i receive my phone that i have ordered i have open a ***** and *****ing case at the police against you cause you stole my money and i have proof and you dont want to give it back to me nor my phone so eithe you give my money back or give me the phone that i have ordered caise im realy close going to the papers about how you are being "*****"and taking people's money and telling them that ypu have no idea of where the money is but the banks say different also my bank statements
