Vodacom are dishonest about how they treat Data that has been paid for in full and delete it if it is not used in a period.

I think that Vodacom are being very dishonest the way that Vodacom just delete Data that has been purchased if it is not used in a period, but if you use more data than you have paid for, they charge you extra for the data at unreasonable rates.

The other matter is that Vodacom state when you phone 111 that if you download the Vodacom App, you will receive your account status as well as receive 20 SMS's a day for free. I have had the app for some time and have not received any free SMS's. Must I delete the app and download it again.

I am also dissatisfied with the internet access. Often there is no internet access.

I have had a Vodacom account for over 30 years and I am seriously thinking of cancelling my contracts due to the above matters. Vodacom are in breach of their contract when internet access is not available.

Thank you for the opportunity to air my dissatisfaction
