Vodacom are dictators and the staff is rude and unprofessional

I am not happy with the services of vodacom , I regret the day I opened a contract with them. I have asked them numerous times and im not getting answers, the last time I asked them about discrepancies in my contracts they didn't give me answers instead the person was dictating what should be done which is not what I requested and asked. She was ***** and rude avoiding to answer my questions, im still not answered up until today.
