Vodacom are ******

I've been trying to cancel a data contract for almost four month without any luck and these *******s are still tying to collect money from me after which I placed a stop order on the debit. The contract in question had already lapsed and was on month to month. I contacted Vodacom on the 27th of September 2021 to have it canceled (***). The consulted told me everything is sorted and there would be one more debit because of the 30 day notice policy. The debit went off in October which was expected but then another debit went off in November, at which point the contract should have been canceled. That's when I placed a stop order on that account because guess what, they tried to debit again in December. After numerous call another consultant assured me that the cancelation was done properly this time (***). Now these *******s are phoning me to tell me that my account is in arrears and that there's penalties added to it. They are sending me from one department to the next and as soon as I mention cancelation the call drops. How ****ing convenient for them. I'm beyond ****ed off at this point and don't want to deal with any of the *********** consultants. I need a supervisor or manager to call me. I will put their name to shame all over social media.
