Vodacom are ******

Vodacom is full of ****** and it takes them more than a week to resolve just a small issue. For the past two days i tried calling them and I gave up when my call reaches an hour. Their billing system also sucks. A contract that initially started at R99 now stands at R220. I have been trying to get hold of them its about a week now.
