Vodacom are *********

vodacom consultant phoned me and offered me a great deal, so I took the deal and the package was delivered only to find out a month later that what the consultant promised never occurred. I then called back to cancel the device and cancelled my debit order. A courier came to collect the device and a month later money was deducted from my account again. I called back to query this and wanted to speak to a supervisor or manager which i did his name was Brian and he promised me my money will be in my account within 24 to 48 hours which never happened and a week later I phoned back very upset and wanted to speak to a supervisor or manager then the consultant said that her superior was busy and she will handle my query which she did and also said my money will reflect in my account 24 to 48 hours which never happened. Now today I checked my account and my money was again ****** from my account. I am seriously considering legal action as this is theft.
