Vodacom Are Clowns That's Why They Changed Colours From Blue To Red

Vodacom have been an absolute clown show that's the reason they changed their colours from blue to red, bunch of clowns. They sent me an invoice saying my accounts was in arrears which I had asked them to cancel it when i was making mu upgrade for my main phone. I did this at the store and believed the cancellation happened only to find out it didn't happen. I paid theR491 for the outstanding amount which was R405 meaning they owe me R85. The account was finally cancelled after THREE WEEKS OF CALLING EVERYDAY. Today i call a Vodacom employee asking why the phone isn't working because there's airtime and the contract has been cancelled. Vodacom once again says I owe the same amount I paid them and I'm back in arrears. The service has been absolutely trash, pick it up behaviour. The people who should be held responsible for this are Mbalenhle Precious Mkhize, Ismail Makgetha and the finance department. Their incompetence has been laughable at best. Clowns with supervisor positions and a finance department that can't count to save their lives. HOW DO YOU CANCEL A CONTRACT THAT IS STILL OWING MONEY? THEN YOU TELL ME I'M BACK IN ARREARS EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE FROM VODACOM SAYING THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. Can anyone from vodacom with a brain sort out this matter? We're approaching a month and they still seem satisfied with their -10 out of 100 customer service.
