Vodacom are cheats and *****!

Further to my complaint regarding REF: SR ********** 67221 and after numerous calls, I was told by your useless call center agents that the problem has been fixed!!!! My fibre line has NOT been restored! I still have no connection! The most unprofessional, ill-mannered people are the Vodacom customer service agents. They refuse to assist me and cut my calls whenever I request to speak to a manager. After being rude on the line, I eventually spoke to a Thomas who escalated my complaint Ref No: SR ********** 71383. Why is it so difficult for your employees to provide service to your loyal customers? Why do your technicians close off calls and not fix the connection problems?
