This is pathetic! I’ve spoken to Vodacom contract owners as well and they’ve never heard of Vodacom charging people for them to be able to view the Called IDs of the people calling them. This is absurd and Vodacom better fix this now!!

I looked through my contact last night and no where does it say I have to pay an extra amount for Caller Id verification. In fact there is no mention of that!! So you need to sort this out!!
