Vodacom are airtime *********- PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

I bought R40 airtime and my balance was R53 then within a minute or less my airtime balance was R23 without having used a cent. When my data usage for a day it was 3.94MB so even if Vodacom can claim that my airtime was used for data which is not true I would have used just R8 if the charge a maximum of R2 per MB. Vodacom are airtime *****s hence m using Telkom for data and phone calls
