Vodacom are a Monoploy with no competition

I have a serious complaint against Vodacom. I Live in Brackendowns Alberton and am facing unfair trading practices. My address is 19 Mulberry Street Brackendowns Alberton. Recently fibre was installed in our area and reps came to our house to sign people up. Imagine my shock when I was informed that my neighbours could use any service provider and sign up for free on a month to month contract with no installation costs for R604 per month. I was the told I can have the same service for R900 per month and R1000 installation costs. Reason being that Vodacom have gained the infrastructure on my block and will not allow any other service provider, even though my neighbour paying 50% per month less can use Vodacom if he wishes to. Today I lodged a complaint with the competitions board and will wait to see if these people are genuine or not. How in this day and age can a company like Vodacom still have a monopoly over people wishing to have fibre.
