Vodacom Are A bunch of thieving clowns

I've requested paid up letters/statement reflecting 0 balnce for my two early settled contracts. Vodacom just assigns "agents" and then close the enquiries. Two enquiries by Mpho Thosago, asking for paid up letters. Closed without any email response or call.

They have also *****ulently debited after my account has been fully settled. Still waiting for them to get back after their quick call to have it escalated.

I do not put it past Vodacom to *****ulently blacklist you for paid up account.

FAiS Ombudsman has already forwarded my complaints to the NCC.

Vodacom are a predatory thieving company, that I will continue to make people aware of to never take any contracts with them. Read the horror stories on Reddit of Vodacom still charging on long paid up accounts and still thieving.

I want my paid up letters. I can't use your stupid reference numbers you assign to every email send, even when referencing a reference number, you get a new reference number.
