VODACOM ARE A BUNCH OF *******
I ordered an item on the VodaBucks Store on 20 May 2022, made the payment and never received the item.
On 25 May 2022 I called Vodacom and the agent said that they will escalate the matter and nothing happened.
On 03 June 2012 I called again and the agent again said that they will escalate the matter an call me backwithin 3 days and nothing happened.
On 13 June 2022 I called again and the agent again said that they will eescalate and this time said that he will phone me back the same day with an update and still no call back and no delivery.
VODACOM ARE A BUNCH OF *******.
