Id really like Vodacom to make me understand why its trying to hold me liable for a cellphone contract i have never app**** for. Through its debt collectors vvm, i am now hounded daily even after producing an affidavit stating i have never taken out a contract with them and providing my ID copy with signatures like they asked in order to verify if i indeed app**** for a contract. How do you give a contract without conducting the FICA process.

I am am told i am liable because i took out a contract with a company called like minds and apparently my sim was used in the phones, but you guys cannot demonstrate i indeed app**** for the contract. You're going to tarnish my credit record because of your poor internal control systems.
