VODACOM AQUISITIONS - ONLINE STORE

After my previous compliant (https://hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/contract-through-online-store- ********** ), I received an SMS from Customer Care that the Vodacom Aquisitions Team had advised that my contract will remain declined as I have exceeded the allowed number of lines for a foreign national.

What is the maximum number of line?

I had 5 lines regsitered on my name until June 2016, out of which I cancelled 2 after paying for the full contact period in full. Now I am left with 3 lines and wants to add another one.

Can someone explain me, if I was using 5 lines and cancelled 2, the new line will only be the 4th? So if vodacom is saying I have exceeded the number of lines, then how did I manage to use 5 lines until June 2016?

Vodacom aquisitions can check my payment history for all the lines I have used in the last 4 years, they will not find a single default.

I think people at Vodacom are not aware of the corect policies and everybody gives their own story. I can give you another example to prove that your reason of "exceeded the allowed lines" is wrong.

If Vodacom cannot help me then they can simply provide me the contact details for the department where I can call to port out of the network.

I cannot take this anymore!!
