Vodacom apps are not user friendly

I wanted to access my accounts on My Vodacom, but realised it has now moved to Vodapy app( not sure , why), while i eventually navigated my way to the required section, i was asked to verify my accounts. Unfortunately this cant be done , because , i have my accounts on modems and cannot recive a pin number to verify. I would like to speak to someone physically and not a chat bot.
