Vodacom approved contract then declined after reapplying

So I app**** for a vodacom contract through game. I was approved with conditions which was 100% fine with me. Then game did not have stock in the phone and i was advised by VODACOM to cancel the application and apply directly with them, which I did.

Now I am being declined by the same people that said I must just reapply with them for the device I want. How does this work? This is very unfair. I have been a vodacom client for many years and now they are treating me like this.
