Vodacom/Apple

i bought an Apple iPhone 6 plus 128 gb. Why ? Well because it is supposed to be the best phone on the Market. Last Thursday evening it started playing up. It would press the wrong icons and the screen became unresponsive. On Friday it would not allow me to access anything and just stopped working. I took it to Vodacom Gateway only to find them closed, it was understandable being a public holiday. Well they were closed the whole weekend, so I go to the Apple store across from them only to be told if I bought it from Vodacom only they could repair it. Seriously ? You are Apple don't you believe in sorting out your product. I took it to Vodacom on Tuesday only to be told I will have to wait 14 days to receive a new one. Well at least now I know how Apple made $ 14 Billion profit in just 3 months. Vodacom were kind enough to give me a R 200 loan phone. Disgusting service. I will be using a different service provider as will I never buy an Apple product again
