Vodacom App useless and frustrating!!
After many phone calls to their help desk and emails to their app support, I finally had to manage and sort it out myself. Your App support Vodacom, is NON EXISTANT!
Logging in online and fiddleling with my profile for more than an hour eventually got my new contract sim linked and this enabled the App to work, in stead of saying OOPS all the time..! Really expected more from such a large company.
