Vodacom app misleading about to earn extra vodabucks

I have a vodacom app on my smartphone. I usely do goals to earn vodabucks. There was a goal which I used R300 from my airtime because it gives you 3 options to pay masterclass,credit card or airtime. I selected airtime so that i can earn 300 vodabucks as shown on the Vodacom app and j am still waiting for the 300 vodabucks to be allocated to my number ***. I contacted Vodacom and waisted more than a 30 min with them. No one could help. No one knows what to do and worst of all they cut me off. I feel totally disgusted about the experience. This goal on the Vodacom is for me a hoax or **** for people to buy more bundles to earn more vodabucks. I took screenshots of step by step what to do to earn extra vodabucks but I this promotion Vodacom which is on their app is misleading. Mr P J Steyn ***.
