Vodacom app is only good for checking balances

It sucks writing a bad review about a company you actually like but today its been 4 days since my issue. I was browsing the app and saw VodaBucks and thought ok this i cool and there was a list showing things to do to earn these VodaBucks. It said for every R1 airtime i buy i will get 1 VodaBuck so i used the app to buy R160 airtime. I received app confirmation and email confirmation and not only did i not get any VodaBucks i only received R16. I contacted Vodacom and the lady requested I email her the confirmation and a copy of my bank statement confirming the purchase. A few days later all I received was the following message: “Hi, Vodacom is aware of the challenges experienced with prepaid recharges. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regards Vodacom Team.”
