Vodacom app and support is absolutely useless. Tobi bot is even worse.

The Vodacom phone app must be the worst app ever. It takes you to places you don't want to go to, tries to sell you stuff you didn't search for and then crashes when you want to pay ! My Vodabucks were take on an order which crashed when I tried to pay. The support people called me to say I must wait 7 days for the bucks to be returned and they don't know why it does this !! I'll wait 7 days before I buy todays lunch.
