Vodacom app and staff useless

Used the vodacom app to purchase a PS5 headset, 10 days later the headset hasnt arrived yet, Received no waybill number so not sure where the item is. Called 135 and received little help, now i must wait for this to get excalated with the promise of a call back.

Seconly bought spur vouchers on the vodapay app and was support to get 20% extra, the voucher amount available on the app shows the 20% but when trying to redeem i only get 12%. Tried calling and no one can help me. Spend more time on hold that actually getting my problem solved.
