Vodacom: Anytime Voice Minutes Issue.

A few weeks ago I lodged a complained wrt disappearing Vodacom Anytime Voice Minutes. Today I had had the exact same issue! I tried to make an urgent call & received a message from Vodacom stating that I do not have any airtime left on my account and need to recharge. I checked my balances on the Vodacom App which indicated that I still had 381 minutes of anytime voice minutes left. I then dialed *135# to double check my balances which confirmed the same as the Vodacom App - 381 minutes of anytime voice minutes left. I phoned the Vodacom Customer Care Department (a 29-minute call!) who also confirmed that I have 381 minutes of anytime voice left. It seems like a big money-making scheme as Vodacom is forcing their customers to continue buying additional airtime. The call which I was trying to make was URGENT and thus I was forced to buy another R100 of Anytime Airtime. This is absolutely shocking! Vodacom is in breach of the contract. I reserve my rights and my right to cancel my contract with Vodacom.

Please note that I was also connected to my Wifi linked to the Fiber in our estate. As you will note on my profile, I also have fibre contract with Vodacom. Despite this, I was still not able to make the call. Your response is pathetic. Vodacom is in breach of contract. I reserve my rights and my right to cancel my contract with Vodacom.
