Vodacom-another day light *******

<p>I've got two contracts with Vodacom on installments of R320 per month...however they been adding some money on it every month....I did not query on it until August when they took R923.60...called them they told me I subscribed to this and that......I asked them nicely to cancel whatever subscriptions cos i never did anything of that sort....came month September they took R800....called them again I know spoke to a lady by the name Mpho.very rude lady ...she told me she cant assist cos im not the accounts holder....told her I will take this on..I quote her words "but you don't know my surname" this month. .Oct they took R356.49.... what kind of a service is this...I can't wait for my contract to end cos this is so not on.....</p>
