Vodacom and XLinkCommunications (Pty) Ltd

I bought a kwika k300 card machine from vodacom which is outsourced to XLinkCommunications (Pty) Ltd. They disconnected my machine because it was dormant. When I bought it I have explained to the consultant that it won't be used often. At no point did they mention if it goes dormant after not using it that it will be disconnected. And now they want me to buy a new machine for R1300. Why can't they just reactivate it. As far as I'm concerned they have *********** staff at their call centers. As they could have mention about they dormancy. I eft every month into the account that is linked to the machine. If i knew it would be disables i could have use my card to swipe With the complaint I lodged I was sent a 45 page terms and condition where most of the stuff don't make sense to the average person. I have requested from the guy from vodacom that declined me the original request *** I want the recording that was made when my machine was activated as they record the calls and its available at your request but no reply both vodacom and XLinkCommunications (Pty) Ltd is just after money. My contract with vodacom Fibre is almost done and don't think I'll renew after the bad service and won't support vodacom in future. I'm sure their are other of clients that are also unhappy with their service. Now I'm sitting with a paper weight. Totally unacceptable.
