Vodacom and VVM Attorneys. Unregulated *********

I have had a long relationship with Vodacom which consisted out of a minimum of 5 contracts for my family members. These contracts emanated from cellphone contracts, Tablets, and Laptops. When I retired in June 2017, one of the cellphone contracts was still in effect. This contract was in dispute as Vodacom claimed that it cannot be terminated without giving prior notice. To this end, a settlement amount was calculated by Vodacom. I paid an amount of R11,358.48 in full and there was an overpayment of R269.63 as the Settlement was apparently miscalculated. Sometime in April 2019, when I was applying for a Homeloan, we realized that I have been blacklisted and all of a sudden, I was still owing R1,982.25 which has also been handed over to VVM Attorneys for collection. This is ******** as Vodacom owes me a refund on the settlement amount. Vodacom maintains a ******* relationship with VVM Attorneys and one will never get them off your back as long as they have your profile. I have written sworn Statements, provided Vodacom Statements as proof of evidence, but nothing seems to work.
