Vodacom and Vumatel are the worst

Vodacom: Service request SR***. Vodacom and Vumatel is the worst Fibre provider ever. Logged a call with poor connection and no Internet, no connectivity on the 18 February 2025. Still waiting for help, 3 March. Not counting yhe lack of connectivity since October last year. No one cares. They have been double charging me, no service and no network. What is the point. Don't even get me started on the useless call centre service staff. The fibre team is the worst. Don't waste your time. When you want to cancel the worst month to month lack of service they want to charge you a R3000 cancellation fee. Logged cancellation, SR*** : FTTH Cancellation.
