VODACOM AND VODACOM SHOP LIFESTYLE CENTER IS THE BIGGEST DISGRACE

I dont even have words any more thats just how sick and tired I am of South Africas largest no-service providing network and their useless shops. In fact I have actual wondered today if Vodacom is part of a government institution. That is just how bad the service is.

To begin with, an upgrade - the last one at vodacom was done a week ago. The phone is faulty. It was send away the next day to the repair center, take note a brand new phone. We received it back after a few days and the manager at the service or repair center in Polokwane said he is unsure about the phone. Well we got it back and still it was doing the same. Well needless to say the lady Portia is the most useless person I have ever seen! Her manager is just as bad he cant just even assist us. When I asked to be refereed to the regional manager he said no in a very rude manner got up and walked away. An a bit ****** to!

The phone still cant be replaced must be sent back again before it can be replaced. What is wrong with you guys?? So we have canceled the upgrade and I am canceling the contract as well. Cant work with armature useless clowns like this. They should not be in bussiness and never in my life will I waist my time or money again with vodacom and I realy do investors not to invest in this company.

I know there is not much that will be done about this as Vodacom is to useless, but for the data that went missing on the phone we are going to open a case against Portia and they will compensate. Our company layer is a nightmare!
