Vodacom and Vodacom Insurance-Finrite

Vodacom and Vodacom insurance( Sinrite) been debiting my account but they don't have my records to reflect that being insured. I booked my phone last Friday, the 2nd of August 2019 and up till today, 7th of August nothing has been done. I have visited their outlets both at mall of Africa and Bruma and they keep referring me to a number which when I call am told they don't have my records.
