Vodacom and vodacom Insurance

Good day<br> <br> We upgrade the laptop contract and with the upgrade the said that we do get insurance with the laptop.<br> <br> a Year ago my DVD rom broke out. want to repair it on the insurance and till now no one could help me. Now my hard drive is going on the laptop and now again now one can help me.<br> <br> The insurance said fix it by yourself and they will the money back to us after the repairs. Does you call it insurance?<br> <br> I hope you can help me to my laptop repair.<br> <br> Thank you
