If it was possible to give Vodacom and Vodacom insurance negative star rating I would. This is the second time I have problems claiming for a phone. I received policy documents after activating the insurance and they were not deducting money from my account. They are now claiming that the sim card was not in my phone when I lost it. Do yourself a favor and never insure you devices with them.
