Vodacom and Vodabucks is a **** and the help lines are useless
Vodabucks store is a **** and Vodacom help is useless. I ordered on the 25th of November 2021, still haven't received the item, after saying it will take 5-7 business days. Then I have approached Vodacom in 3 different forms of communication on 4 separate occasions, each one saying it will be escalated and I will get a call in 48 hours, I have never received a call and nothing has been conveyed, I want an immediate refund of this order.

It has been 2 full months since I have ordered and still haven't received the item.

Can I please just get my cash back? This is an insult to a consumer, ordered two months ago, not delivered then returned.... What sought of joke it this?
