Vodacom and Vodabucks

Most pathetic service ever. I’ve been waiting for Vodacom to sort out a defective wifi router since last year! Every time call customer care, they say the matter is escalated and they will have to follow up with a certain department. This matter stays escalated forever and nothing happens. I want my Vodabucks back! This ridiculous service.
