Vodacom and untrained staff

So I have logged a quiry 3 times about bonus airtime from Vodacom.Eventually on the 30th of December i got a call and was told that the had listened to my calls and there agents gave me wrong info and he would investigate and get back to me.Straight after the call i received a sms saying the query has been closed and he never got back to me.So today I get a call from Lance(think this was his name) from +***6 and asked me what the problem is,after telling him he tells me there is no problem and nothing can be done.I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager but was told by this guy that there is nobody above him.He kept on telling me that he works on Hello Peter side.So he must be the.bog shot.And when I kept on telling him that there is a problem and i need to prove that there was a problem.This happened more the a month ago.I really dont know how this guy is allowed to deal with customers.Vodacom is suppose to be a reputable Company but they get this guy to call customers.Vodacom has already admitted that one of there agents doesnt know what they talking about and now i get a call from this guy that doesnt know whats happening in life.I was still talking to him when he dropped the call I could hear he was agitated.And a min after i got a sms saying the query has been closed.So can VODACOM please get someone that has a idea of how VODACOM works and that can sort out my query to phone me.(this year please)Cause 3 calls and 3 times no help.
