Vodacom and TS Legal a bad useless combination

Vodacom stopped debiting my account and handed me over to some legal firm (I thin its TS Legal). So this *********** firm has been debiting R200 off my account for the past few months but hasn't been updating my credit status at the credit bureau. Also, I have been requesting my statement to see how much I still owe and there has been no response from neither Vodacom nor TS Legal. When I called two weeks ago I was told my contract cell number was given to someone else while I'm paying for the contract.

TS Legal specialises in making promises to call back but never do. One of the things I requested when the payment arrangements was made was an account number to deposit extra funds into - that promise was never fulfilled. I've been receiving statements for Betty Khosa instead of my own account. CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT PLEASE!
