Vodacom and they bull****

Good day I have visited the vodacom branch in the Chatsworth center in May 2019 and I was advised that my contract was due for an upgrade.. So I asked about the new deals. The deal I was advised to take a contract for a huawei p30 lite @R299pm with insurance. But instead for the last 3months R615. 00.my knowledge says a top up contract should not exceed the amount discussed and signed for. I visited the store several times with agents and manager who were disrespectful and not helpful at any given time. My last frustrated visit was 4 September 2019..i was addressed by denel her speech to me was she didn't say anything about pricing. I asked for the manager who stated I should not waste her time or my time I should complain to who I want. I requested a copy of my contract supposedly its in archive I have to wait month for it to come to the store. It is ridiculous off the lies the agent that provided me the deal without telling me that it was early upgrade. The manner In which the manager addressed the situation.. I honestly feel she has no ethics. Vodacom contact me as I want to discuss further and find a resolution
