Vodacom and their stupid Tobi

In my quest to improve my credit score I decided to take up a cellphone contract with Vodacom. Worst decision ever. Just less than a month my credit score has gone down due to them sending incorrect information to Experian. My credit score went down by 12 points, all because they incorrectly reported that I had missed a payment. Which is untrue and I have trying to resolve this for a week now. Their customer care line is useless with that robot thing called Tobi. In desperation I even called in the special needs line and my query was luckily escalated, only to be closed again without explanation. I regret taking up this contract and would strongly advise other people to stay away from Vodacom, their customer care is the pits.

Reviewer Update
Yesterday (24 July) I received a call from Vodacom customer service and spoke to a gentleman who introduced himself as Ashley. I explained to him what my complaint is,after a lengthy call (19min). He said he will escalate my complaint to the legal department and post the reference here. It has been more than 24hours and still no response. What is really frustrating is to have to go to these lenghts only to get a minimal service request. In not so many words he admitted that their customer care is @#$@. He suggested I use social media channels in order to get a quick response from Vodacom and said something about the 4th Industrial Revolution. I am really frustrated here and need for this to be fixed asap
