VODACOM AND THEIR STAFF ARE DISGUSTING

VODACOM is DISGUSTING!!!! I paid my Vodacom account last year in June 2018. Vodacom listed me on the credit bureau as still owing them money! Since last year! My account has been closed and archived but they will not remove my name from this list! When I phoned them to ask for a letter confirming I do not owe them money, a lady by the name of Mmamotho in the collections department, was so DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!! She kept yawning on the phone, she was RUDE & ABRUPT. I asked her for her managers name, when I asked her to spell the name, she told me there was no need to spell it for me. VODACOM IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!! What kind of staff members do you have working for you?????? RUDE, CLUELESS & DISGUSTING!!!!!!!
