Vodacom and their **** service

After not hearing anything from vodacom since i gave my phone in 2 weeks ago i finally recieved a message saying its ready for collection i travelled all the way to N1 City just for their useless staff to tell me it was a misunderstanding my phone is not there. I am soooo sick of vodacom and their staff not solving any issues on my contract its states i should've received a new device but they refuse to do so i have phoned the store calmly where they proceeded to put the phone down in my ear. I have to pay at the end of the month for a ***n phone i didn't have for more than 4 days i will never ever recommend Vodacom to anyone what a ****ty service.
