Vodacom and their rip-off

The comedy of errors on Vodacom's side is just getting worse by the minute. 1) During Lock-down I cancelled the debit order. They confirmed that the debit order was cancelled. However, they are putting the debit order through twice per month whilst it took me three months to get the account sorted. Should you pay later than the first of the month trying to sort out what is happening on your account, they show your account as in arrears and put more debit order through, resulting in them charging you R 100.00 per returned debit order plus your bank charges R 150.00. Thus R250.00 twice a month or R 500.00 extra. Once again you fall in arrears and the cycle continues. Furthermore the website is always off.

2) I ordered an upgrade on my wifi. The Consultant assured me that the upgrade will take place at the end of August. This did not happen and upon enquiry they told me the new sim card is on its way and the upgrade will only take place next month-end. Crucial upgrade during lock-down down the drain. It seem that Vodacom sell a lot of lies in order to make money as well as having an account system that earn them more bucks, by not complying to requests.

Hallo Vodacom, still no one contacted me. In the interim a voucher for the upgrade 100 GIG was delivered to me together with an invoice stating that I will be paying for the 100GIG I do not have as at the end of this month. Your "Client Care " Centre told me that I have to contact your accounts to sort it out. It took me more than 3 months to sort out another query I had on my account.

Dear Vodacom, Thank you for removing debit order. 1) What is happening to the fees that you have charged on the account for returned debit orders although I have requested to cancel the debit order and paid cash?

2) 100 Gig upgrade does not reflect on my data as per your statement that upgrade was received. Although I have been billed for it:
