Vodacom and their insurence its a disaster

Hello im Nthabiseng Mahakwe...i bought Y9 huawei prime at vodacom shop in wonderpark pretoria and took an insurance of which the consultant Phenyo told me i can report anytime for theft so i did report it, nw the insurence declined to give me another phone telling me i havent been a member for 3months but to my suprice even the mananer of the shop Annah didnt know about the 3months thing.I bought the phone 5000 cash nw they are refusing with my phone saying i must pay insurance for 3months before im covered does that make sence cause the reason we take insurance is so that we can be covered same time now the insurance says i must take it out with vodacom since its them that didnt inform me,i even spoke to Beulah at the head office who is giving me the run arounds..Im very dissapointed with vodacom now period
