vodacom and their false warranty

i took a 2 year contract for an iphone 6 with vodacomin september,5 months the line the touch screen freeze now and then,i went to vodacom spoke to the techzone guy who adviced it may be the screen protector or i need to update the soft ware,i changed the screen protectors 3 times and finally i updated the the soft ware as the freezing was getting worse.after all that failed in JULY i took the phone to the store to book it in as it is still in warranty.they took the fone for 3 weeks only to bring it back so i can turn find my iphone app off, then they took it again for another 3 weeks, when i went for collection the lady who works with repairs say the phone is fixed and i can see on the report it says rejected,i asked the lady at the till is my fone fixed she says no and that they called me for a quote and i did not resond.and the report says my phone is out of warranty.i left the shop with no report of what happened and a phone that still freezes and flips itself,i called customer care i was moved from pillar to post until i spoke to a lady who told me i had to pay 4600 for them to fix my fone and that the technician says its a physical damage.what physical damage?he found scratches on the phone therefore its a physical damage.how many touch screens have scratches i touch the phone everyday it sopposed to have sctratches.i cant even see the scrathes with my eyes.they cant fix the fone as i dont have insurance.i am paying 670 everymonth and supposed to do so with a phone thats not working and still in warranty until january 2018.all they are doing it to push me out until the 1 year waranty is finished.i am frustrated.
