Vodacom and their disgusting service
Vodacom doesn't care about customers, but would rather blame customers for their mess. They load a debit order incorrectly, and the Ceo's office makes the excuse that they cant supply my letter to the bank regarding the incorrect debit, as they need proof they made a mistake. How on earth do I give them proof that a mistake was made? They need to check the application against what was captured. A large corporate that brags about service........What a laugh. Herewith the weak excuse of a reply
Dear Kieron
Thank you for again bringing this to our attention. We need the documents as proof of debit order being changed before we can write a letter confirming error on our end. I do apologise if this email is a frustration however I cannot put anything in writing without proof that we have failed.

Telkom mobile, a much younger provider, would never offer such an excuse for service
So before signing up with Vodacom...........Please rethink this decision, as there are other service providers out there.
