Vodacom and Sumsung NO GO

Never in my Life have i ever seen a company as bad as Samsung. I wilk Never support them again. 2 Years ago i took out a Contract from Vodacom a promotion they had with Samsung a Galaxy Note20 with a Tv for R750p/m its been 2 Years and numerous emails and still havent recieved my Tv. The Vodacom Shop Im Kololande is just refusing to help and Samsung doent reply to emails. I dont know what to do anymore. I think i will go to the ombudsman and open a case a ***** at my local Police station. Im done asking for assistance.
