Vodacom and Skynet

Yooh this is worse experience I ever, you receive sms that your parcel is out for delivery later on another sms it was failed to deliver. I am tired even vodacom is not helping because is the one who appointed this Skynet Courier Company do their courier. it been weeks waiting for my device. I think is better to cancel my contract with vodacom.
