Vodacom and SAD Village the new business cartels

Vodacom have still not rep**** to my concerns on cartels being formed in Brackendowns. One side of the street Vodacom R604 per month and free installation. My side of the street same package from Vodacom R900 per month and R1000 installation. I have been informed by SAD Village the open source provider who Vodacom use and make a profit at R604 per month will not compete against another network . If networks wont compete against each other and decide to take sections for themselves so that they can then charge what they want with no competition that is how cartels are formed by the network companies. I have posted numerous requests on this subject this week and haven't been contacted once by Vodacom for an explanation. Probably because they cant supply on end just bury their head in the sand and know that nothing will be done about it and they can carry on ripping of their customers with impunity.
