Vodacom and RewardCo legal ****.

Vodacom that works with (rewards co) is total *******. Rewards Co can call me 6 times a day when I am busy to try and sell me a 5G sim card. I eventually gave in because there was a nice voucher worth R40 000 to study at selected places included. The voucher came and it was broken up into much smaller amounts to study at a lot of different places. I must have heard wrong and it could be my fault because those sales people speak so fast that it is hard to understand sometimes. The only problem is to cancel the sim card you can not go into any branch, you have to call the rewards co service center. I have called 3 times now and there is just no answer for more than 20 minutes. It took R100 airtime for each call and then my airtime runs out. I have to load more and call again and hope they pick up. This is the best legal **** I have ever seen. They can call you 6 times a day to sell it, but no one can pick up your call to cancel. I think I should just cancel my whole Vodacom account because if this is the way their partners work, why support Vodacom? They say its not their fault and they can't do anything about it yet I am receiving a Vodacom Sim Card? This is a brilliant way to **** legally. I have used R300 worth of airtime to try and call and no answer yet. I will give it another week and try to get through but I fear nothing will happen. I will then just cancel all my Vodacom accounts and urge every family member to do the same because this is total *******.

No one has called me yet from Vodacom and now they have a new solution. After getting through to a consultant of this "Rewardco" they have informed me that they must come and pick up this voucher or they can not cancel the product. They said it would take 15 work days atleast before a courier could reach me. 15 work days have passed and the first debit order has gone off without me being able to cancel it. I bet it is going to take three months before they get anything done. This is totally stupid of Vodacom to do business like this.
