Vodacom and RAM service
Good Day. I have ordered online for a phone at Vodacom. This is my 3rd day I'm waiting for my parcel. I've received an sms and email saying it has been out for delivery and yet I haven't received any parcel. I also tried calling RAM and every time I get through to them they drop the phone. At this point in time I even feel like canceling my contracts with them because this is pathetic. The service is beyond bad. I will not recommend anyone anything to do with this anymore. I feel like changing my service provider.
