Vodacom and Ram redeem themselves through excellent service from some employers!

I recently had a lot to say about Vodacom (and RAM Couriers) after my husband had to wait for 14 weeks for his phone for his upgrade to arrive after he had damaged his previous phone. I would give zero stars for this but I will give 5 stars to the following ladies who work at Vodacom: Nombulelo Thwala and Nomthandazo Mbuli.

Thank you for your excellent service and going the extra distance and even making sure that I had finally received the phone . Nombulelo, thank you that I could call on you again when I had trouble receiving my business phone upgrade and you put me in contact with Nomthandazo as you must know what excellent service she gives. You two ladies have restored my faith in Vodacom again. May you be rewarded for your brilliant service.

Also a big thank you to Wandile Radebe at Ram Couriers for helping me and making sure that the couriers did deliver between the times when they should deliver and not just send back the phone to Vodacom again, after not finding anyone at the office on a day and time that I said there would be no one there!!
